What is futureS X FORECASTING?

Our Futures x Forecasting methodology is the product of our unique collaboration with Good Judgment Inc. Together, we provide you with a combined forecasting and futures service that no other supplier can deliver.

The methodology can flexibly utilise a variety of futures techniques (e.g. backcasting, roadmapping, scenarios).

It turns this futures analysis into clear, forecasted probabilities with percentage thresholds for action (e.g. “if the probability of X exceeds XX%, then do Y”). Among other things, combining the two allows us to: (1) communicate with and prepare delivery colleagues before certain probability thresholds are met, (2) pre-agree actions that need to be taken if a scenario is realised (which is particularly helpful for time-poor senior colleagues), and (3) therefore also remove the need for additional reactive decisions when that situation materialises, because the response has been agreed in advance.
